Cleavro.com operates on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in this Policy.

2. Refund Requests

If you believe that you were erroneously billed or if you are not satisfied with our Services, please contact us within 14 days from the charge. We will review your request, and in our sole discretion, issue a refund.

3. Refund Process

In case of refund approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  3. Charges older than 14 days.
